Full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while covering the Central Midlands area.

Generating appointments through sales activities, including follow-ups after sending letter mailings, attending networking events, and making in-person visits to business premises.

● Creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of prospects and clients.

● Nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.

● Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth.

● Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.

● Engaging in face-to-face interactions with business owners to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

Proven experience in business development or a similar role.

● Experience working with business owners, such as recruitment consultants or commercial brokers.

● Demonstrated ability to generate leads through networking and face-to-face interactions.
