This position offers strategic leadership across tier-one Amazon clients while overseeing internal activation teams to deliver high-impact execution. Key Details Location & Working Model: Hybrid – 1-2 day per week in London HQ - expectation to travel to meet clients and industry events. The Role The Head of Amazon Client Success will lead key client relationships across Amazon and related marketplaces, ensuring consistent excellence across retail, media, and data-led strategy. The Head of Amazon Client Success will design growth plans, guide senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted strategic adviser capable of turning complex ecommerce opportunities into actionable commercial outcomes. The Head of Amazon Client Success will also champion internal best practice, mentor teams, collaborate across functions, and represent the organisation as a marketplace authority. The Head of Amazon Client Success will… Champion client adoption of technology, insights platforms, and performance-driven services. Take responsibility for delivering client goals, working closely with growth and retail operations teams. Build and maintain senior-level relationships across client organisations and retail partners. Shape multi-channel strategies that enhance marketplace performance and unify retail and paid media efforts. Collaborate with business development teams to uncover new opportunities and extend client engagement. Essential Skills The Head of Amazon Client Success will bring: A strong track record in ecommerce account leadership with deep marketplace expertise. Advanced knowledge of Amazon, and ideally Walmart, across retail and paid media. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for senior stakeholders. A strategic, solutions-led approach with confidence influencing at executive level. Curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI, and their role in modern retail. This role suits candidates from an Amazon agency background or those from brand-side roles with significant experience partnering closely with agencies.
