As a CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Optimisation of the established communication channels and identify strategies to drive traffic through the website as well as in-store activity.
Developing and planning email content and liaising with external agencies about the creative execution of the campaigns.
Managing the data selection and testing and analysing the performance for any improvements within cost savings as well as reaching to maximise ROI.
To be successful as a CRM Coordinator, it would be great if you have experience:

Working with and optimising the use of Customer Data Platforms in aim of optimising efficiencies.
Managing projects.
Working in Excel or any other platform to analyse data and provide insights.
