As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships while overseeing their financial affairs. Client Relationship Management:
Regularly review client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with their financial goals.
Financial Advisory Services:
Provide expert financial advice and strategic guidance to clients on various matters, including tax planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that optimise clients' financial performance and mitigate risks.
Stay updated on relevant tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations to clients.
Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Coordinate with other departments within the firm, such as tax, audit, and advisory, to deliver comprehensive services and solutions to clients.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and procedures in all client engagements.
Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on client deliverables to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Implement best practices and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in client management processes.
Actively participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and industry conferences, to generate leads and acquire new clients.
Leverage your existing network and relationships to identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with the firm's leadership to develop strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new clients and increasing revenue.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CA or ACCA certification preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in client management, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
