About the Role:
As a Live-in Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Live-in Care customers receive the best possible care. You'll be a guiding light for our care team, helping them deliver the high standards we're known for. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Building strong relationships with customers, families, and healthcare professionals
Leading efforts to bring in new customers and carers
Working closely with our care coordinator to manage schedules and activities
Checking in on carers and offering support as needed
Visiting customers to ensure they're happy with the care they're receiving
Dealing with enquiries, arranging assessments, and creating care plans
Keeping an eye on carer paperwork and taking action when needed
Keeping records up to scratch and making sure we're following all the rules

Core days are Monday to Friday between 8.30 am- 5pm
