About The Job We have a rare opportunity for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join the General Mills Marketing team, to drive transformational change in the brand growth trajectory. In this role, you will be the ultimate brand and organisational leader with strong brand management and commercial skills, who will develop and execute outstanding marketing strategies that deliver on our growth ambition. The agenda is dynamic and requires you to demonstrate significant thought leadership, quality decision making, deep consumer curiosity and an ability to navigate exciting business challenges while building compelling ideas that make a difference. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the beating heart of the team, the Brand Management function, as well as collaborate and communicate across a cross-functional Market Acceleration Team that will deliver to consumer and business objectives. You will also work closely with our Brand Development Team (BDT)to shape and influence our core growth, innovation and partnerships strategy and pipeline. What Your Role Is You’ll take ownership of the brand’s strategy and performance , leading the delivery of growth plans across the 4Ps. With clear direction and inspiring ambition, you’ll bring cross-functional teams together to turn strategy into action and deliver outstanding results. You’ll champion the market and consumer agenda, working closely with our central brand development team to shape insight-led innovation and core strategies that meet market goals and keep our brand ahead of trends. You’ll lead the brand portfolio and innovation pipeline , managing global and local projects across innovation, renovation, PPA, and licensing — ensuring every initiative lands with impact and delivers value for consumers and customers alike. Partnering with Sales, Category, and cross-functional teams, you’ll define and execute consumer-first channel and customer engagement strategies across Grocery and Non-Grocery, while playing a key role in building and presenting annual category growth plans to our key customers. As a leader, you’ll develop and coach a Brand Manager , while inspiring the wider marketing team to grow capability, creativity, and confidence. And as the local brand champion, you’ll elevate awareness, build belief, and inspire passion for the brand both inside and outside the business. What You Will Bring To The Team You will be a proactive, strategic thinker who can independently develop and execute winning brand strategies. A highly accomplished and self-motivated senior marketing professional with 7+ years' experience, ideally in FMCG. You will be the architect of your brand's success, crafting compelling narratives and galvanising your team around a shared vision. With a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, translate that knowledge into innovative, data-driven campaigns that challenge conventions. Beyond creativity, your P&L fluency, keen eye for data-driven insights, and relentless drive to succeed will be paramount for the brand's growth.
