JOB TITLE: Customer Support LOCATION: Port Talbot . Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance. HOURS: 17.5 hours a week, including Saturdays WORKING PATTERN: Full-time SALARY: £12,500 increasing to £12,875 after 6 months in role About this opportunity You'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to our customers. Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as, helping customers over the phone from home, continuing to deliver outstanding service remotely.
