Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary looking for an exciting new opportunity in London? This maternity cover role offers a chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the team's success.
In this position you will provide administrative support to two Partners (Heads of Department), prepare documentation and correspondence with precision and efficiency, format documents and create invoices using Partner for Windows, manage Land Registry requisitions and conduct searches via Infotrack, handle SDLT returns and ensure timely payments, coordinate meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of conveyancing transactions.
The firm requires a secretary with previous experience within Conveyancing. You will have a typing speed of 70wpm as a minimum, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
