Junior Sous Chef - 4 Day Week

Location: Darlington Area

Salary: £31k

Benefits: Parking on site

Responsibilities:

  • Support the head chef and sous chef in the running of the kitchen
  • Step into sections that need extra support and run key sections
  • Provide additional support as all chefs work 4 day weeks

Qualifications:

We are looking for a junior sous chef from a fresh food background, organized, and with good knife skills.
