Our client is a venture capital backed specialist manufacturing business with a strong order book and ambitions to scale over the next few years. The business requires an operationally and commercially focussed and experienced Managing Director to join the board.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering the sales, profit and cash plan focussing on sales/BD growth from new customers
- To manage and lead the Executive team in delivering the strategy but also to implement the appropriate systems, controls, structure and reporting to be able to sustain the through to an exit event
- Identify how the business operates and how skills are best utilised

- Transition a business information system effectively migrating the relevant parts of the current system onto an EFACS platform.
