In this role, the Group Compliance Manager will shape and drive the company’s compliance strategy across its global footprint. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on implementation, you’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while building a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures across all global operations.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks, ensuring proactive risk management.
- Lead internal audits and liaise with external regulatory authorities to maintain compliance standards.
- Advise senior management on compliance matters, providing expertise and guidance.
- Oversee compliance training to build awareness and promote best practices among staff.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a compliance leader with:
- Significant experience in compliance management within the metals and minerals industry.
- Knowledge of of the TIC sector would be advantageous (TIC represents the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector.)
- In-depth knowledge of international regulatory frameworks.
- A proven track record in designing and executing compliance strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
