MERJE is delighted to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Group Compliance Manager to join our client, a market leader in their field of specialism.


In this role, the Group Compliance Manager will shape and drive the company’s compliance strategy across its global footprint. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on implementation, you’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while building a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures across all global operations.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks, ensuring proactive risk management.
  • Lead internal audits and liaise with external regulatory authorities to maintain compliance standards.
  • Advise senior management on compliance matters, providing expertise and guidance.
  • Oversee compliance training to build awareness and promote best practices among staff.


Candidate Profile:


We are seeking a compliance leader with:

  • Significant experience in compliance management within the metals and minerals industry.
  • Knowledge of of the TIC sector would be advantageous (TIC represents the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector.)
  • In-depth knowledge of international regulatory frameworks.
  • A proven track record in designing and executing compliance strategies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
