Public Sector Consultant (Senior Manager Grade)

The Consultant will lead complex delivery programmes, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to achieve meaningful, measurable transformation across public-sector settings.

Lead multi-workstream delivery across diagnostic phases and long-term transformation programmes
– Oversee up to eight consultants, designing workstreams and ensuring high-quality delivery
– Drive data-led assessments, modelling and insight to inform decisions at organisation level
– Contribute to wider account planning by identifying opportunities and supporting future work

Experience leading transformation or improvement projects within public-sector environments
– Ability to manage multi-disciplined consulting teams across complex workstreams
– Strong analytical capability to translate data into compelling narratives
– Confidence presenting to senior civil servants and public-sector executives
