- Ensure all Company targets are met concerning service delivery, sales, and growth.
- Create opportunities and secure appointments to generate new business.
- Assist in managing effective sales and marketing campaigns to maximize profitable growth by prioritizing the market and targeting key customers.
- Actively engage in cold calling prospective clients to generate sales appointments.
- Monitor opportunities and prepare pre qualification questionnaires.
- Provide input to the Sales & Marketing Manager and Managing Director for inclusion in an ongoing business plan consistent with the Company's primary objectives.
- Produce all necessary documentation subject to approval.
- Conduct accurate surveys tailored to our expertise and the client's needs.
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to clients.
- Close new business deals.
- Ensure all quoted work is costed and approved following Company procedure.
- Strategically plan client site visits to expand the range of products/services supplied.
- Develop and improve the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained for effective use.
