As the new in-house legal counsel, your days will be filled with engaging tasks:

- Providing astute legal advice on regulatory matters, including SRA and data protection issues.
- Managing regulatory returns, responses, complaints, and claims with finesse.
- Reviewing and negotiating procurement contracts with a keen eye for detail.
- Conducting thorough data protection analysis to ensure supplier, service, and product compliance.
- Maintaining and enhancing the firm's legal documentation with precision.

To thrive in this role, a robust understanding of commercial and regulatory law, especially in relation to solicitors' practices, is essential. The firm seeks individuals who can navigate both independent work and team collaboration with ease, offering clear, practical advice and managing projects with autonomy.

The ideal candidate will hold impressive academic credentials and significant experience in commercial and regulatory law, whether from a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or an equivalent in-house legal team. While 3+ years of relevant PQE is anticipated, the firm is open to those who can showcase the requisite skills and knowledge.
