To act as service lead for the Coventry Migrant Resilience and Well-Being Service. with overall responsibility for delivery of the three tiers of service provisionResponsibility for ongoing development of service, including referral pathways and the three service tiers taking into account the views of service userDesign of staffing structure and development of job specifications for team in the Coventry Migrant Mental Health ServiceLine management including clinical supervision of all staff in Coventry Migrant Mental Health ServiceTo ensure that there is Clinical supervision to therapists at Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre (CRMC)To ensure that the service is family-centred, with therapeutic provision for all agesTo provide a culturally and gender appropriate service, with the use of mental health trained interpretersTo work co-operatively with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve service outcomes and targets.To contribute to policies and to service development.
To act as service lead for the Coventry Migrant Mental Health Service with overall responsibility for delivery of the three tiers of service provisionTo provide highly specialist psychological assessment, therapy, and consultancy using highly complex psychological data gained from aKey:


~ Clinical Psychology Lead -Migrant Service
~ Community MH Lead Psychologist
~Band 6 CPN/OT
~ Responsibility for mobilisation of the Migrant Resilience and Well-Being Service then the continuation of the management and innovation. Ensuring that there is clear lines of management, clinical and professional supervision for all staff in Coventry Migrant Mental Health Service.
~ To lead the Governance processes those are agreed in the Coventry Migrant Resilience and Well-Being Service.
~ To provide a culturally and gender appropriate service, with the use of mental health trained interpreters
~ To oversee the training placements for different professionals within Migrant Resilience and Well-Being Service.
