Our client, a rising star in the B2C marketplace industry is looking for a someone to own the entirely new customer Support function they’re building out from top to bottom - If you’re a personable leader with a knack for customer support - we’d love to hear from you
Salary: TBC
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Focus on tech solutions This role will involve building out an automated customer support system that lets customers solve problems themselves, saving everyone time.
- Be the customer's voice You’ll share customer feedback to improve the brand’s app so it’s fit for purpose
- Numbers matter Work against agreed KPIs and report on progress to seniors
- Grow the team You’ll be responsible for building and leading a team of amazing support specialists.

Customer Support Manager – Core skills needed:
- Experience in managing customer support teams
- Firm background setting solving customer issues in a calm and reasonable manner
- Full working knowledge of support software tools (Zendesk, Help Scout, Intercom etc.)
- Passionate and enthusiastic working that love a start-up environment and are ready to take ownership.
- Proven ability to design and implement customer support systems from the ground up.
- Experience using data to analyse performance and achieve challenging service level agreements (SLAs).
