About Us

We are Act III, a game development studio based in Brighton & Hove working on an exciting unannounced AAA project. We believe in the power of diverse talents coming together to build experiences for everyone. We are a team of talented individuals from various backgrounds and disciplines, looking for a creative and skilled Senior Producer to support the team and the studio's continued growth.

The Role

You will be working with a multidisciplinary team to help make their vision come to life. We are in the early stages of our project and are looking for a Senior Producer who is interested in supporting existing production processes as well as bringing to the team new approaches and methods to support them. The role demands a blend of creativity, management expertise, and technical understanding.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver to milestones and deadlines by developing, maintaining and following up on schedules.
  • Clear and concise communication between departments and teams. Handle conflict resolution by finding win-win solutions that benefit the project and the team.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, working with the teams.
  • Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best work.
  • Building trust and fostering teamwork across departments.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in the games industry or related industry, such as film and TV, particularly in production or project management roles with a proven track record of shipping projects.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and analytical thinking to overcome challenges.
We’d love to see
  • Familiarity with game development pipelines, tools and platforms, including an understanding of programming, art and design principles.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira. Miro).
