Senior / Associate Project Manager – Industrial & Data Centre Projects £65,000–£75,000 + benefits | Site-based role | Leading Consultancy A leading construction consultancy is looking for a Senior/Associate Project Manager to take ownership of a major industrial & data centre project. This is a site-based position where you’ll be the key link between the client, design team and contractors—perfect if you enjoy being hands-on and close to delivery. What you’ll be doing: Lead the delivery of a major industrial/data centre scheme Act as main client contact on site Manage stakeholders, design teams and contractors Oversee programme, budget, and quality Support wider team growth and best practice What they’re looking for: Strong project management background, ideally in industrial/logistics/data centres Confident client-facing communicator Solid understanding of full project lifecycle RICS chartered or equivalent preferred (not essential) Someone proactive who enjoys site-based work What’s on offer: £65k–£75k salary Real ownership of a major live project Genuine progression within a respected consultancy Exposure to fast-growing, technically exciting sectors If you’re looking for a step up, more responsibility, or a chance to work on something substantial, apply today.
