Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all "Asset Classes of Banking Finance Products" related data models Data Dictionary Data Catalogues and Data Governance requirements
Interact with LOB’s senior leadership walk them through Finance Data Models resolving queries
Act as a subject matter expert in Finance Data Lake P L Balance Sheet Income Statement Pricing Adjustments staying informed about industry trends best practices and regulatory changes
Develop and implement strategies to optimize Data Models ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement solutions for complex Finance Risk related challenges
Drive the execution of large scale programs related to Finance Data Lakes data operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders external partners and regulatory bodies on custody related matters
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Finance data processes and procedures identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements
Requirements

Senior leader SME with business and IT stakeholder management in Finance and Risk eco system
Bachelor's degree in finance business or a related field advanced degree preferred
Strong understanding of Finance data management principles including data governance quality assurance and reporting
Extensive experience in Balance Sheet P L Income Statement within the financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large scale programs in Finance operations
In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Finance operations
Excellent analytical problem solving and decision making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Professional certifications e g Series 7 Series 99 CPSS related to Finance and settlement operations are a plus
