Job Description:

As the Group Sales Manager at Caprice Holdings, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities across our diverse range of restaurants. Working alongside a team of sales professionals, you will develop and implement sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the commercial success of our group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across multiple venues.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate new business opportunities and repeat bookings.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling sales collateral, promotional materials, and packages to attract clients and drive sales.

- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and identifying opportunities for optimization.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales management tools is preferred.
