Salary : £38,000 to £45,000 per annum plus bonus opportunity + Company Car or Car Allowance
Working : 35hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Location : Hybrid work from home, 2 days per week in our Winnersh Head Office (RG41)
We're looking for a New Business Account Manager who's passionate about growth - both their own and the company's. You'll be the driving force behind new opportunities, building a strong pipeline, developing lasting relationships, and delivering results. Hunting for new business and proactively identifying high-value opportunities
Building, managing, and maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline
Creating tailored sales strategies to consistently hit - and exceed - targets
Representing the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
Developing comprehensive financial proposals, including the creation of detailed P&Ls and budget models.
Building a robust and healthy sales pipeline and diligently managing opportunities within our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).

Strong network in FMCG that can be leveraged
Experience in Field Marketing
Experience in working across multiple projects at one time
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
