Business Application Support Analyst
Department: Business Application Support and Service Desk

About the Role: Join a dynamic team as a Business Application Support Analyst, providing crucial 1st and 2nd line support for various application systems. You'll manage change requests and be integral to strategic growth and acquisition application integrations.

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for selected applications.
Manage application support activities: maintenance, administration, testing, and QA.
Contribute to policy, process, and procedure development.
Manage configuration changes and maintain system documentation templates.
Build strong relationships with team members, business users, and third-party suppliers.

Ability to define business changes to achieve desired outcomes.
Proficient in facilitating remote sessions.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adhere to company policies.
Essential experience with Acturis configuration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT packages.
