~ PAY REVIEWS TWICE PER ANNUM
~33 DAYS HOLIDAYS (INC 8 B/H)
~ Work uniform and work laptop provided.
Fortnightly supervision included via Microsoft Teams for 30 minutes.
Opportunities to supervise junior OTs as the Team grows.
Annual performance reviews held in December each year.
Opportunity for 4% pay increase each year.
Our client is a leader in their field and due to growth are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join them. Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' quality of life and independence
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Offer parental education to support clients with behaviour difficulties
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Proficiency in delivering paediatric therapy interventions across sensory processing and motor skills.
Prior experience in a working from home and autonomous working role preferred.
Ability to provide quality patient care with compassion and empathy
