Willowbrook Care Home provides specialist support for up to 75 residents living with dementia and mental health needs. With a strong sense of community and a focus on person-centred care, we are proud to offer a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
We are now looking for a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to join our close-knit team. 12.21 per hour
~ Contracted to 40.25 hours per week
~ Paid DBS, pension scheme, free uniform and onsite parking
~5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
~ Ongoing training and career progression within a supportive team
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day routines, always promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will follow individual care plans, provide emotional and social support, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Working closely with nurses, housekeepers and fellow carers, you will play a vital role in ensuring each resident feels respected, heard and cared for.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Care Assistant. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, along with a genuine passion for care and a commitment to delivering a high standard of support. Willowbrook Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading care provider with over 100 homes across the UK.
