We are looking for kind, honest and compassionate Care Assistants to join the team in providing the very best care to our residents, imagine a role where you are assisting people to remain living in their own homes and more importantly making them smile every day

**We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. No more travelling**

**Hours**: 20 hours per week (mix of early and late shifts and every other weekend) - 7 days rolling rota.

**Rate**: £10.20

**Care Assistant Benefits**:

**As a Care Assistant you will be expected to carry out the following tasks**:

- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
- Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

**Person Specification**
- Qualified at Level 2, or equivalent, or hold the Care certificate with relevant transferable experience
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours.
