The Sales Director, UK will provide vision and leadership to the Business Development Team with the aim of achieving increased profitable growth for the UK Region.
You will be detail-oriented, energetic, and highly driven to increase business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies and relationships. Develop potential key accounts to achieve target business plans
Work with and develop strong relationships with Key Accounts
Build strategic good relationships with all related functions internally and externally for projects realization and acceleration
Work closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Technical/Engineering Teams
Present sales/key customer report monthly
Create and realize business development plan and sales/market forecast
Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to improve GP and profitability
Successfully hand off the accounts to a Program Manager / Inside Sales
Act as a member of the UK SLT and contribute to the overall performance of the business.
Knowledge, Training, Experience and Skills required
Engineering, automotive or industrial sector experience is highly desirable
Entrepreneurial, highly numerate and with a strong financial awareness
Strong Computer Knowledge/Skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
A strong project manager who embraces change (be a change agent)
