Front Office Senior Risk Analyst
We are currently seeking a talented Front Office Senior Risk Analyst to play a key role in shaping and overseeing risk management practices.
Establish and uphold the risk management framework, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory standards.
Monitor and optimize risk models through ongoing performance tests.
Identify areas for enhancement within risk models, processes, and infrastructure.
Utilize statistical analysis to refine and strengthen risk models.
Collaborate on the development of policies and methodologies.
Prepare comprehensive risk management reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Foster clear communication channels with clearing members, risk committees, and senior management.
Conduct thorough market research on pertinent risk-related subjects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in risk processes.
Possess robust quantitative and analytical skills, backed by a degree in Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in risk management, ideally gained within investment banking, hedge funds, or clearing houses.
Proficient knowledge of financial derivatives products.
Hands-on experience with risk management models, including Value at Risk and stress testing.
Familiarity with SQL and Python is advantageous.
