is looking for a talented ux researcher to join the product design team. Qualified candidates will be natural problem solvers, highly skilled in a range of research methods, with demonstrable experience turning research findings into actionable recommendations that drive user-centered design and product outcomes.

You will love complex challenges. You will conduct all stages of UX research from identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing and reporting with clarity and rigor. You excel at engaging with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure UX research can inform design, product, and business decisions.

You will be playing a critical role in discovering user needs for audiences in existing and new projects, testing fully functional MVP versions or existing products with real users, and checking product hypotheses in the pre-launch stages.

You will have a passion for understanding people, their motivations, behaviors, and the challenges they face. Plus, your observational and analytical skills, strong design thinking expertise, the ability to collaborate with other teams effectively will all be integral to us creating the best possible products for our users.

What will you be doing?

  • Act independently as well as collaborating with others within the team.
  • Leading the discovery process for new initiatives and existing ones, bringing the product understanding and core user needs to the forefront, discovering expectations, and areas for feature development.
  • Become an expert on our users: know how they use our products, their pain points, their workflows, etc.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers and Engineers on research projects.
  • Conduct all stages of UX Research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing and reporting.
  • Use a variety of qual and quant research methods.
  • Be an advocate for research with all stakeholders, guiding them on best practice and enabling them to conduct their own research where required.
  • Creating the strategy for UX research by defining the goals, including UX research scenarios and data representation.
  • Improve the quality and perception of UX research within the business while executing and managing evaluative and strategic projects independently, requiring minimal support.

What skills and experience you’ll need?

  • Being the voice of the user by deeply understanding and researching their needs.
  • 5+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of advocating for research and influencing decision-making across domains.
  • Extensive expertise in a wide array of research methods, both evaluative and formative.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead research projects from conception to completion.
  • Ability to get practical-oriented research results that can be converted into real product enhancements.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying new product development opportunities through research.
  • Someone who is never satisfied with mediocre. Someone who always strives for better and wants to create amazing, cutting edge, user-centric products.

Nice to have

  • Can speak fluent Arabic

You will need an outstanding portfolio of work that shows strong ux research capabilities across a range of different projects and should be prepared to present this in an interview.

Position is onsite based in UAE Abu Dhabi & requires relocation.
