Retail Learning & Development Business Partner

As a Retail Learning & Development Business Partner, you will collaborate with and support our Senior Retail Learning Business Partner in enhancing the capabilities and competencies of our workforce. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership, team members, and mandatory development solutions tailored to our business needs. 
Reporting to Senior Retail Learning Business Partner, you will be part of the People & Culture team.
- C ollaborate with the Senior Retail Learning Business Partner to identify learning and development needs across the organisation.
Lead on designing and implementing innovative and effective development programs for leadership, team members, and mandatory training.
Provide coaching, counsel, support, and technical expertise on Learning & Development matters, across the Retail Teams including the wider Retail Learning & Development Team.
Lead on L&D projects ensuring successful completion meeting the project requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars utilising a variety of methodologies, both in-person and virtually.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and assessment tools, and make recommendations/implement adjustments for improvement.
Provide ongoing support to learners, including answering questions, providing resources, and facilitating learning communities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
Assist and lead in the development and maintenance of learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
Contribute to the development of learning strategies and initiatives aimed at building a culture of continuous learning and development
Represent the Retail HR team on project teams to deliver business wide or retail specific HR projects,keeping Retail HR team updated on key milestones.
Deputise for the Senior Retail Learning Business Partner as required
Do you have proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a retail or similar environment to include the development and delivery of blended learning programs?
Do you have exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously?
Do you have strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making for L&D needs and improvements?
Are you flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs and priorities?
