The Artwork Coordinator plays a critical role in the development and management of artwork for our aerosol products, ensuring that all packaging designs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality artwork on time and within budget. Work alongside the senior management team in contributing to overall business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, regulatory affairs, and production, to gather artwork requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives
Manage the artwork review and approval process, including proofreading, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements and cosmetic standards
Maintain accurate records and documentation of artwork specifications, revisions, and approvals using project management tools and software
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project schedules
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
