Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a highly reputable Clinic who is seeking a Staff Nurse to join their fantastic Renal Department. Excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join their Clacton-On-Sea clinic.
As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.
Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024.
Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
Excellent English communication skills.Full-time position (37.Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience with £3,000 sign on bonus payable
Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours
