As a member of the operations team, the primary function of the EMC Test Engineer will be to focus on conducting compliance testing (setup, measure, and document results) on a wide variety of products while interfacing with customers on a daily basis. The most common radio products include, but is not limited to, 802.11 abgn, BT, Cellular radios.
Conduct a variety of EMC and RF tests which includes setting up test equipment and customer equipment, performing testing to applicable standards or test plans, and accurately documenting the testing process and outcome
Setup test equipment and follow written specifications necessary for the proper performance of the test
Maintain in-depth knowledge of test standards, product test procedures, and instrumentation
Organize and document data for each assigned project
Interacts with customers during the testing process, periodically assist with troubleshooting and development modifications

Bachelor's degree in electronics or equivalent electronics testing
Minimum of 2-5 years working in Regulatory Compliance with specific in-depth experience in EMC Testing &
Experience testing devices with wireless capabilities (i.e., Knowledge in the radio test standards for Europe
Proven ability to use EMC test equipment such as EMI receivers, Anechoic Chambers, Spectrum Analyzers, etc
Knowledge of basic principles of electrical and electronic theory
