Estates and Facilities Coordinator

Blackpool Sixth is an outstanding college specialising in 16-19 education, we have an exciting opportunity for an Estates and Facilities Coordinator, to join our outstanding Estates team. This is a permanent full time 37.You will be required to work 5 days per week, shifts will normally be 9am to 5pm. The safety of all those using the college is a key part of this role, which includes supporting the risk assessment process and maintaining accurate records. You may have facilities and customer services experience, though not necessarily in a similar environment. A health and safety qualification and current first aid at work certificate would be an advantage although training will be provided where necessary.

A day in Estates could see you:

* Carrying out site patrols and supporting students

* Completing administration work in relation to building compliance and health and safety

* Estates and Facilities Coordinator
