This is an opportunity to deliver a pro-active, professional legal and corporate compliance services to the Nestware Group including Carpetright UK, The Floor Room, Keswick Flooring and TradeChoice, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the UK, ROI and other European jurisdictions.
You will provide legal advice and guidance on day-to-day legal queries and other legal compliance matters.
Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising on all commercial contracts and legal documents.
You’ll be advising and providing legal support on all FCA compliance matters and take ownership and responsibility on financial crime compliance matters.
Respond to questions in relation to the company on DPA and GDPR compliance
You will advise the business on pricing rules, in particular the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Practices Regulations and associated pricing guidance published by the Chartered Institute of Trading Standards and the CAP code.
This role will take ownership and responsibility for the effective administration of insurance policies
A qualified solicitor with substantial ‘post qualification experience in the same role, ideally within a similar commercial group environment including retail/consumer sectors
Graduate with a strong educational background
