**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our UK-based team. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing in-house legal support to our UK and Ireland divisions, working closely with our Manager, Senior Legal Counsel for the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Contract Review and Negotiation**: Review and negotiate commercial and customer contracts, ensuring that our company's interests are protected.
  • **Corporate Governance**: Provide advice on corporate house-keeping matters, including company law and governance.
  • **Litigation Support**: Provide legal support and counsel on material claims and litigation, including engaging external counsel as necessary.
  • **Reporting and Documentation**: Manage legal reporting and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements**

  • **Qualifications**: A qualified Solicitor with 4 years of post-qualification experience in the UK.
  • **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
