Project Manager
This established name in the Design & Build industry is looking to extended its operations into the reigions with a new office opening in Guildford. As Project Manager, you’ll take a lead role in managing dynamic office design and build projects from inception to completion. This position involves close collaboration with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of each project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication. This is an exciting opportunity to shape modern workspaces and contribute to innovative commercial environments.

* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, design processes, and project lifecycle management
* Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
