The successful applicant will be working with foster carers and looked after children in London and the south east. A full driving licence and use of a car is essential along with a willingness to travel. UK Fostering is a young and dynamic Independent Fostering Agency. We have offices in the North West, the South East, the Midlands and the North East. We work hard to achieve positive and sustainable changes in children’s lives and support our foster families to a very high standard. The successful applicant has a passion for children and young people, excellent organisational skills, is able to meet deadlines, has excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse situations accurately. You are required to be flexible and supportive meeting the needs of the children and foster carers we support. The job description includes the following aspects:
- Supervision of pool of foster carers
- Form part of a 24/7 Out of Hours rota to support for our foster families
- Form F assessments and panel presentation
- Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects
- Participation in all aspects of the organisation including supporting and training for
