Your new role In your new role as a Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the needs of the children and young people, showing kindness and compassion. You will work closely with a fantastic team, directly supporting the Registered Manager in the delivery of quality support and care to young people in a warm and homely environment. As part of your role, it will see you being able to delegate your own personal time with a hybrid aspect between your duties, supporting residents as well as your staff and team, managing two teams with Team Leaders and Support Workers.
