This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in Civil Litigation .

When you join the Davisons Law team as a Civil Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive , you will manage your own case load with minimum supervision. The successful candidate will handle a variety of civil disputes, providing legal advice and representation for clients in matters including but not limited to; consumer disputes, landlord/Tenant Disputes, possession claims, debt recovery, partnership disputes, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, general civil disputes with experience in building & construction disputes and general commercial disputes. You will have a minimum of 2 to 5 Years PQE as a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive .

Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive Fee Earner
Prepare legal documents.
Gather evidence to support the client's case.
Strong organisational skillset , IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems.
Supporting/development of assistants and paralegals within the Civil Litigation department.
Have experience in building & construction disputes and general commercial disputes.
Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
