**£40,000 to £45,000 per annum (negotiable)**

We are working with a highly successful, forward-thinking, expanding law firm based just outside Leamington Spa’s town centre, who are seeking an ambitious**Litigation Solicitor** or **Litigation Chartered Legal Executive** to run a wide-ranging litigation caseload.

The role can be **fully home-based from anywhere in the UK**, or hybrid if preferred (part home based and part office based in Leamington Spa). You will be fully supported in this position by an experienced team in Leamington Spa.

**The role will involve**:

- Running a wide-ranging caseload of civil litigation matters includin debt, insolvency, contested wills and probate, employment, company and partnership, property disputes and trusts litigation matters
- Drafting and advocacy
- Providing training to department staff as required
- Dealing with enquiries promptly and proactively
- Use of a legal case management system
- Liaising with clients and keeping them fully updated
- Liaising with third party professionals
- Fully qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive status
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE in civil litigation
- Experience in handling a wide-ranging caseload of litigation maters including contested wills and probate, company and partnership matters, trusts litigation, employment matters,
- Experience of handling a caseload from instruction to post-completion
- Experience of using a legal case management system
