We are currently working with an organisation who are setting up a new digital function. They are looking for a Digital Change Analyst to work on a large-scale digital change project. The role will be responsible for analysing future state operating model and process design requirements and definitions, developing future digital capabilities. You will be required to analyse and understand the organisation's current processes, data and systems, to support the development of the future processes and operating model.

Requirements:
Proven knowledge and experience of process improvement methods and techniques
Strong understanding of target operating models and organisational design, with linkage through to digital architecture and solution choices
Proven experience in running workshops and capturing requirements using proven techniques
Able to analyse and work through complex ideas, plus in using data to resolve business problems
Strong understanding of the digital landscape and architectures
Experience in processing and distilling end user requirements, consolidating client feedback, and formalising these outcomes into actionable tasks for the project team
