\*\*The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in kitchen management.
Intelligence and curiosity to learn
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items in accordance with quality standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet restaurant standards
- Assist in managing and motivating kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
