Service Desk Analyst - 6-month FTC A new exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a Charitable organisation based in Epsom Surrey on a 6-month FTC basis. Hybrid working 1 day a week onsite. Core hours 8/4 or 9/5 & out of hours rota to adhere. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will work in a team providing 1st and 2nd line support to 350 internal users as well as other branches and volunteers. You will help with the support of O365, telephony, active directory (setting up new users) and application

support to receive phone calls within other branches. Key skills: Active Directory M365 / O365 Service Desk Tools (SCCM, Intune). Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a Service Desk environment 1st and 2nd Line Support in a commercial environment Mobile, Email & Laptop support Hardware software support Application Support If you are a Service desk Analyst who is immediately available or on a 1 week notice and looking for a new challenge, please apply to be considered immediately.
