The Role: Autism Support Worker As an Autism Support Worker, you're more than an educator – you're a guiding light, illuminating the path for children with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex care requirements. Under the mentorship of a dedicated class teacher, you'll lead the way both in group settings and through personalized 1-1 interactions. Your unwavering presence and unwavering dedication will be instrumental in nurturing growth and fostering a thriving learning environment. What You'll Bring:

- Previous Experience (Essential): you will already have 6 months minimum experience working in a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant role.
