Content Creator Contract: Full-Time, In-House

We’re looking for a content creator who gets it. You’ll be Floor Street’s creative eyes and voice across TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels. From behind-the-scenes at HQ to full home transformations, we want someone who can make people feel the brand.

If you love filming, editing, creating ideas on the spot, and telling stories that stop people mid-scroll you’ll love this role.

Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that showcase our products, people, and projects.
Capture behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, before-and-after stories, and brand moments that feel authentic and inspiring.
Attend installs, customer homes, and showroom shoots to film real stories in action
Help execute a consistent content calendar to support marketing campaigns and business goals.
Edit content for maximum impact using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, storyboards, and launches.
Proactively pitch creative ideas, concepts, and trends relevant to our audience.
Analyse what’s working, what’s not, and constantly push the creative boundaries.

Proven experience creating successful content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms.
Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.
Confident using a phone or camera to capture high-quality footage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Passion for design, interiors, home improvement, or lifestyle content (preferred but not essential).

Someone energetic, creative, and excited about growing a brand online.
Confident shooting and editing your own content phone or camera, doesn’t matter.
Up-to-date with social media trends, music, and editing styles.
Passion for interiors, design, or home transformation is a huge plus.
