Trading Analyst London/Dubai Hybrid Are you a recent graduate looking to further your career in Trading Analytics and want to join a high-impact global team operating at the heart of real-time FX trading? You will be part of a small but critical group responsible for supporting live trading activity, optimising performance, and partnering closely with senior clients and software developers to keep 24/7 operations running smoothly. This role offers the chance to work directly with some of the sharpest analytical minds in foreign exchange and develop a broad, career-defining skill set. What You’ll Do Develop analytical models Provide first-line, day-to-day support to global clients Build and strengthen long-term senior client relationships Work closely with developers to enhance automated monitoring & alerting tools Monitor and manage risk exposures in real time Liaise with brokers, trading operations and back office on trade breaks, margin and risk limits Optimise client quoting parameters to deliver best-in-class liquidity Suggest improvements to trading strategies and prototype new ideas About You Essential: Strong numerate degree (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Data, Statistics, etc.) Analytical, data-driven mindset & strong attention to detail Desire to learn financial markets and understand risk Highly motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable diving deep into complex problems Passion for automation and continuous improvement Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts simply Beneficial (but not required): Experience with Java, Matlab, R or Python Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics Exposure to low-latency trading systems This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to join a growing organisation who collaborate and support each other.Working for a Fintech, you will embrace learning and work as a team to enable further growth in the business.
