Main duties:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current CRM delivery needs.

• Engage with key stakeholders and business leads from all functions to understand and document detailed requirements.

• Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations.
