Client Service Director

We are currently working with a fast-growing digital agency to help them appoint a Client Services Director.
The successful candidate will likely be at CSD or Business Director level and will need solid demonstrable experience managing and growing a high-performance client service team in a digital or creative agency environment.
The agency has big plans for the rest of this year and beyond and the CSD will need to be commercially savvy with a focus on managing a portfolio of accounts as well as growing the agency’s business in conjunction with the senior leadership team.
Due to the nature of this role and agency office locations some domestic travel will be required weekly.
