As a Warehouse Manager at Montu UK, you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, regulatory adherence, and safe, efficient workflows. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape processes, grow a dedicated team, and contribute to a dynamic, growing business in a highly regulated sector.

Warehouse Operations: Manage daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution, while optimizing processes and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations governing medical cannabis, including licensing, certifications, and inspections.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
Implement robust safety and security measures for the handling and storage of medical cannabis.
Logistics: Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and logistics partners to ensure timely, efficient order fulfillment.

Experience: 5+ years in warehouse management, ideally in a regulated industry like pharmaceuticals, food, or cannabis.
Expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
